  • 10 red chili peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the chili peppers and chop them into smaller pieces.

  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and water. Blend until smooth.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour the chili sauce mixture into the saucepan.

  5. Cook the sauce for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.

  6. Remove from heat and let the chili sauce cool completely.

  7. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
