  • 200g crab meat
  • 2 medium-sized beetroots, cooked and peeled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the crab meat, cooked beetroot, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  3. Transfer the pâté to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
