  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, diced green chilies, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
