- 4 tomatoes
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 small red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste

Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

Place the tomatoes, jalapenos, red onion, and garlic cloves on the grill. Cook until charred and softened, turning occasionally.

Remove the vegetables from the grill and let them cool slightly.

Remove the stems from the jalapenos and cut them in half. Remove the seeds for a milder salsa.
