  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and diced
  • Water, for boiling

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil.

  2. Add the diced apples and beetroot to the boiling water and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  4. Transfer the cooked apples and beetroot to a blender or food processor.

  5. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little water if needed to reach the desired consistency.

  6. Let it cool completely before serving.

  7. Serve the apple and beetroot purée in small portions to your baby.
