Ingredients

  • 1 small celeriac, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the celeriac, carrots, and apples until they are soft and easily mashed with a fork.

  2. Drain the vegetables and then transfer them to a blender or food processor.

  3. Purée the vegetables until smooth, adding a little water or breast milk/formula to achieve the desired consistency.

  4. Serve the purée warm or cold in small portions suitable for your baby’s age and stage of weaning.
