How To Make Beetroot Slaw

Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized beetroots, peeled and grated
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the grated beetroot, carrot, and sliced red onion.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the beetroot mixture and toss until well combined.
