How To Make Hemp Seed and Walnut Muffins
Nutty and healthy muffins made with hemp seeds and walnuts.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin cups.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, hemp seeds, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the egg. Add yogurt, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract and mix well.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
