Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mix sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, olive oil, and salt.

  3. Add water and stir until well-combined.

  4. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the water.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and use a knife to cut into desired shapes.

  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

  9. Let cool completely before serving.
