How To Make Recipe Name Sunflower Seed Crackers

- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a medium bowl, mix sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, olive oil, and salt.

Add water and stir until well-combined.

Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the water.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes.
