Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.

  2. Pierce sweet potatoes all over with a fork and roast them in the preheated oven until tender.

  3. Split them into halves and scoop the flesh out.

  4. Mash the flesh in a bowl and add egg, flour, and salt.

  5. Mix everything until well combined and knead it into a dough.

  6. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into 1/2 inch logs.

  7. Cut gnocchi into small pieces and boil them until they float.

  8. Serve with your favorite sauce.
