How To Make Sweet Potato Gnocchi Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven.

Pierce sweet potatoes all over with a fork and roast them in the preheated oven until tender.

Split them into halves and scoop the flesh out.

Mash the flesh in a bowl and add egg, flour, and salt.
