How To Make Gnocchi Bolognese with Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the potato gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.

Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

Serve the gnocchi bolognese with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
