Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned corn, drained
  • 2 cups canned green beans, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup French fried onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, green beans, sour cream, cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup French fried onions, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Top with remaining 1/4 cup French fried onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until onions are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
