  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup gluten-free crispy onions
  • 1 cup gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain green beans and transfer to an 8-inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together crispy onions, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture over the green beans and stir to combine.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
