Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place corn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush corn with the olive oil mixture, making sure it’s coated evenly.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, turning the corn occasionally, until lightly browned.

  6. Serve hot.
