  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add onions and cook until they become translucent.

  3. Add garlic and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms have released their juices.

  4. Add corn and dried thyme, stirring occasionally, until corn is heated through.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
