How To Make Grilled Chicken Skewers Recipe
Juicy chicken skewers marinated in a delicious blend of spices and grilled to perfection.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Add in the chicken cubes and toss until the chicken is fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Skewer the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through. Serve immediately.
