How To Make Teriyaki Chicken Skewers Recipe
Tender and juicy chicken skewers marinated in a flavorful teriyaki sauce, grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 4-6 skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are coated evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.

In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
