How To Make Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each piece.
