How To Make Chicken Skewers with Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto bamboo skewers.

Grill chicken skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
