  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 package instant yeast
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, rosemary, olives, and yeast.

  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the bowl, then stir until a dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

  5. Place the dough on the baking sheet, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.

  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  7. Bake the bread in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
