How To Make Breakfast Quiche Recipe

Hearty breakfast quiche filled with eggs, bacon, spinach, and cheese. Perfect for brunch or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add in cooked bacon, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese. Mix well.

  4. Pour mixture into a greased pie dish.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
