  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned and crumbled.

  3. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheese over the pie crust.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
