  • 1 pound ground pork

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 4-inch long sausage shape.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and crispy.

  4. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
