How To Make Ground Sausage and Mushroom Pizza
Delicious homemade pizza topped with savory ground sausage and mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Spread pizza dough on a greased pizza pan.

Spread pizza sauce on top of the pizza dough.

Cook ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Sprinkle cooked ground sausage and mushrooms on top of the pizza sauce.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
