  • 2 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cup Italian Sausage, chopped
  • 2 cup Peas, frozen
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • pinch sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Grease a casserole dish.

  2. Add carrots, sausage, and peas to dish.

  3. In a medium sauce pan, add tomato paste, water, Italian seasoning, and sugar.

  4. Cook until blended and heated through.

  5. Pour over sausages and vegetables in the pan.

  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes on 350° F or until vegetables are tender.

  7. Serve hot.
