How To Make Spanish Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they start to brown.

Sprinkle the paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper over the potatoes. Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly with the spices.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley over the potatoes. Toss gently to combine.
