How To Make Patatas Bravas

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

In a small saucepan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add tomato sauce, smoked paprika, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish and drizzle with the spicy tomato sauce.
