How To Make Syracuse Salt Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small potatoes
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 cup coarse Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring enough water to cover the potatoes to a boil.

  2. Add the Kosher salt and potatoes to the boiling water. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

  3. Drain the potatoes and set aside.

  4. In the same pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the cooked potatoes to the pot and toss to coat them in the butter.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
