  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are coated with the sour cream mixture.

  4. Transfer the potato mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the potatoes.

  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
