Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, beaten eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the mac and cheese balls with cooking spray.

  4. Place the mac and cheese balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding. Cook in batches if needed.

  5. Air fry the balls for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through cooking for even browning.

  6. Once cooked, remove the mac and cheese balls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the mac and cheese balls warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
