How To Make Hasselback Roasties

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Slice each potato into thin slices, about 3/4 of the way through, leaving the bottom intact.

  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle with minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
