- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick rounds.

Heat the butter in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat.

Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.

Place a thyme sprig on top of each potato round.
