How To Make Herby Fondant Potatoes

- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into round slices about 1 inch thick.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the potato slices to the skillet, arranging them in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the potatoes for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown on one side.
