How To Make Sticky Thyme & Mustard Bacon Chops

- 4 bacon chops
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together dijon mustard, maple syrup, fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.

Place the bacon chops on a baking sheet and brush both sides with the mustard mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon chops are crispy and cooked through.
