  • 2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups prepared coleslaw

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Cook on low for 8 hours, until pork is tender and falls apart easily.

  3. Use two forks to shred the pork.

  4. Toast slider buns and top with pulled pork and coleslaw.

  5. Serve immediately.
