How To Make Pork Satay

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and chili powder.

  2. Add the pork strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes, or up to overnight in the fridge.

  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the marinated pork strips onto the wooden skewers.

  5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.

  6. Serve hot with peanut sauce and enjoy!
