- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp satay sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 small squash, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Lime wedges, for serving
