How To Make Ham, Tomato & Watercress Tart

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 8 slices of ham
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

Arrange the ham slices on the bottom of the tart.

Top with sliced tomatoes and watercress.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the tart.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is set.

Allow the tart to cool for a few minutes before serving.
