Ingredients

  • 8 jumbo sausages
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 strips.

  3. Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges.

  4. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and cooked through.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
