  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 cocktail sausages
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

  3. Cut the pastry sheet into 8 equal strips.

  4. Wrap each cocktail sausage with one strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges with a bit of beaten egg.

  5. Place the wrapped sausages onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.

  6. Brush the tops of the pastry with the remaining beaten egg.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
