  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the ground pork and minced garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add the green onions, red bell pepper, and shredded carrots. Cook, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly.

  5. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot.
