Ingredients

  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper.

  3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the breaded cutlets in a single layer.

  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the pork is cooked through and the breading is crispy.

  6. Serve hot with tonkatsu sauce and steamed rice.
