How To Make Barbecue Pork Buns
Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground pork
- 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.

Flatten each biscuit and spoon a generous amount of the pork mixture onto the center of each biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit up and over the filling, pinching to seal.

Place the filled buns on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
