How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe
A savory and sweet chicken dish served with flavorful oyster mushrooms in a honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb oyster mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, mix honey and dijon mustard together and set aside.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add oyster mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add chicken breasts and sear on both sides until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Pour in honey mustard sauce and stir until chicken is coated.

Add oyster mushrooms back into the skillet and transfer to preheated oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
