How To Make Ginger Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.

Add the beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter.

Fill each lettuce leaf with some of the cooked beef.

Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, and peanuts (if using).
