How To Make Mozzarella Beef Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add beef strips and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add sliced bell pepper and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place a tortilla on a baking sheet.

Layer beef, bell pepper, onion, and mozzarella cheese on the tortilla.

Roll up the tortilla and secure with toothpicks.

Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
