- Wrap
- ¼onion,chopped
- 100glean round turkey,or meat of choice, minced
- 1tspworcestershire sauce
- 1tspgarlic,or onion powder
- 2tsptomato sauce,or ketchup, sugar-free
- 1wrap
- 1slicecheddar cheese,low-fat
- 1/4cupliquid egg whites,whisked
- salt to season
- pickles,optional
Instructions

Fry onion and mince until onion is transparent.

Add sauce, powder seasoning, tomato sauce, and salt to season.

When meat has browned, turn off heat and spoon onto wrap. Top with cheddar cheese and set aside.

Cook eggs in the same pan until done to your liking. Spoon onto the wrap and fold wrap over.
