  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp gentlemen’s relish
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, gentlemen’s relish, milk, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally with a spatula, until the eggs are just set, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs.

  5. Season with additional salt and black pepper if desired.

  6. Serve hot with toast or breakfast potatoes.
