  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk until well combined.

  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a few seconds until it starts to set around the edges.

  4. Using a spatula, gently push the cooked edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges.

  5. Continue this process until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables over the eggs, if desired, and gently fold them into the eggs.

  7. Cook for another minute or two until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted.

  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
