  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spring greens, removing any tough stems or wilted leaves.

  2. Heat the nut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

  4. Add the spring greens to the skillet and toss with tongs to coat in the oil and garlic.

  5. Cook the greens for about 5-7 minutes, until wilted but still vibrant green.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
